I use GoDaddy for hosting your website and registering your domain name. As of 1/2020, GoDaddy charges $18 a year for the domain and $120 per year for web hosting. I pass these charges on to you and they may change over time.
In order to build a custom website, I will interview you to capture the content for building the site. From there the amount of time to build the site may vary based on complexity.

A domain name is what people will look up online to find your site. The options for this is to get a free domain from GoDaddy that will have their name in it and isn't amazing or you can get your own domain name like mine thesitelaunchers.com. This costs 18$ a year.
The price after the first year is $238 each year. This includes the hosting for $120, the domain name for $18, and my maintenance fee of $100 to keep your website updated. My maintenance work includes updating or adding to the website. This maintennce fee is required even if you do not need changes to your site.
Each year, along with the GoDaddy hosting and domain name fees, I charge $100 for maintenance of your website which you can use to make alterations. If you require extensive maintenance like redoing the site, I will charge you extra.
